Important Legal Notice and Service Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully to understand our relationship with Instagram, Meta Platforms, and your responsibilities when using our service.

No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

Insta Saver is an independent third-party service that provides tools for downloading publicly accessible Instagram content. We want to be absolutely clear about our relationship—or lack thereof—with Instagram and its parent company, Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.).

Insta Saver is NOT owned, operated, endorsed, or approved by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Facebook, Inc.

We are NOT an official Instagram partner and have no formal business relationship with Meta Platforms or any of its subsidiaries.

Instagram, Meta, Facebook, and all related logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. We use these names solely for descriptive purposes.

User Responsibility and Acceptable Use

By using Insta Saver, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use our service and any content you download. We provide the tools, but you must use them responsibly and legally.

Respect Content Ownership

All content on Instagram belongs to its original creators or copyright holders. When you download content using our service, you must respect intellectual property rights, obtain necessary permissions, and comply with applicable copyright laws. Downloading content does not grant you ownership or redistribution rights.

Comply with Instagram's Terms

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Insta Saver complies with Instagram's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable local, national, and international laws. We encourage personal archiving and fair use, but prohibit any commercial exploitation, mass scraping, or violation of others' rights.

Copyright and Fair Use

Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You should only download content you have permission to use, content you created yourself, or content clearly marked for public sharing. Always credit original creators and never claim downloaded content as your own work.

Service Limitations and Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Insta Saver operates independently and is subject to certain limitations beyond our control.

No Guaranteed Availability

Our service depends on publicly accessible Instagram data. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or functionality. Instagram may change its platform, implement technical restrictions, or block third-party access at any time. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by changes to Instagram's infrastructure or policies.

Content Accuracy and Quality

We provide content as-is from Instagram's servers. We do not modify, enhance, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or completeness of downloaded content. Any errors, omissions, or quality issues in downloaded content are inherited from the source and are not our responsibility.

Instagram Platform Changes

Instagram frequently updates its platform, features, and technical architecture. These changes may affect our service's functionality, download speeds, or available features. We work to adapt quickly, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all Instagram updates or feature rollouts.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

We may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) to support the Service. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legality of third-party advertisements or content on linked sites. Any interaction with ads (including clicking, purchases, or sharing information) is solely between you and the advertiser.

Legal Compliance and Liability

Insta Saver is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from your use of our service. You use Insta Saver at your own risk and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of third-party rights.

For complete legal terms and conditions, please review our Terms of Service. To understand how we handle your data, read our Privacy Policy.
